Artwork Requirements

We prefer to receive the art in an Adobe Illustrator eps (vector) file in either CMYK or RGB (all fonts/typefaces outlined). We will accept electronic art in eps, pdf, tiff, psd or jpeg files. All art with halftones, screens, fades or blends are subject to our review and approval.

How To Send Artwork

We make it easy ! As you begin the on line ordering process you will have the choice of either uploading or emailing your art files to us. This insures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed. Please let us know if you need to make changes or add to the art file that you are sending us.

Proofs

E-mailed, virtual proofs are provided for you . Before we will begin production of your order your virtual proof must be approved by e-mail. We request that proof approval be made within 24 hours of receipt to maintain your ship date.

Production Time

Normal production time is 3-7 days from virtual sample approval. In the View Details section for each of our headwear products you will see a color icon that shows the shipping/production time for that particular product.

Shipping

The website shipping cost calculation for our products is based on UPS Standard Ground service within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges will apply to any other type of ship method requested.

Samples

We provide product samples free of charge (moderate quantities) .
